By Booking an appointment you are agreeing to all policies set forth by Buena Vida Aesthetics LLC. New & Returning Clients: * Cancellations/ Reschedules must be made a minimum of 48hrs prior to appointment start time. Any Cancellations/ Reschedules less then 24hrs prior to appointment time results in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. * Same day cancellations/ reschedules result in a 50% service fee of the service booked to the card on file. * No call/ No shows will result in 80% service fee charged to the card on file. * There are no No Refunds. Late Policy: * All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period. * Any anticipated arrival after 15 minutes will result in cancellation of appointment and 80% service fee will be charged to card on file. * Please no extra guests allowed inside Suite room. Waiting areas can be found in lobby or outside suite for extra guests. Card On file: * A card on file is required at time of booking. It will not be charged unless booking policy is not adhered to. * All pre booking appointments made in person will require a card on file as well for no show protection.
